Financial Institutions, Solicitors, Corporate Canada, and Government do you need someone to make a physical confirmation whether a premises is occupied or not? Obtain some photographs of the premises? Lormit has got you covered, with over 55 offices across Canada in both major Cities and more remote smaller centers. We will attempt to make contact with the occupants or the neighbours and obtain any and all pertinent information for your file. We will then provide to your office(s) a written report as to our findings along with up to 2 (two) digital photographs of the subject property, so that you can proceed accordingly.

In the event that we do not have a current Owner/Operator within a reasonable distance to your service needs, we will invite you to contact our Head Office, where we will be happy to assist you in finding a Service Provider, wherever your need may be.

Schedule "A" is less than Schedule "B" because of the scale of the economy created with higher volumes. Kilometer charges vary slightly from one Province to another.
