With offices from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador, including most of Canada’s largest cities, Lormit® can meet your Remote/Mobile Signing and Witnessing needs. In the event that we do not have a current office in your service area, please contact our Head Office and we will be happy to assist you in finding a service provider.

Services Include:

We will make an appointment and travel to the Signatory(s) to obtain their signature(s). 

* This service is offered by all Lormit® offices.

We will make an appointment and travel to the Signatory(s) to obtain and witness their signature(s). If requested, we will provide you with an Affidavit of Execution.  

* This service is offered by all Lormit® offices.

A Lormit® Commissioner for Oaths will make an appointment and travel to the deponent to obtain their signature under Oath.  

* This service is offered by select Lormit®offices.

We will make an appointment and travel to view and verify an individual’s identification documents to confirm they are who you believe them to be.

A Lormit® Notary Public will make an appointment and travel to the deponent to obtain their signature under Oath. * This service is offered by select Lormit® offices.

We offer two price schedules, based on population and service area.

(Subject to change without notice. Please refer to the local branch for the kms rate.)

Applicable in major metropolitan cities.

ARRANGE APPOINTMENT and ATTEND AT LOCATION TO:

  • Obtain copies of and cross reference the photo thereon of identification Previously agreed to be provided. 60.00
  • Obtain Signature(s) only or Obtain and Witness Signature(s) 70.00
  • Obtain and Witness Signature(s) and provide a Sworn Affidavit of Execution 80.00
  • Obtain Signature(s), Under Oath, before a Commissioner for Oaths* 90.00
  • Obtain Signature(s), Under Oath, before a Notary Public* 110.00

ADDITIONAL FEES (if applicable)

  • Rush Surcharge (24hrs or less) 35.00
  • Waiting (Extra) Time, Per Hour or part thereof** 70.00

*Not available in all Provinces.

**Basic fees include first 20 minutes at location.

  • If a Lormit® Signing Agent attends at a location for an arranged appointment and Signing Party does not show up, the Signing Agent will wait 20 minutes before leaving and applicable fees will still apply.
  • When a Lormit® Signing Agent attends to an arranged appointment and the Signing Party or Parties are unable or unwilling to sign, for whatever reason, the applicable fees still apply.

FEES QUOTED DO NOT INCLUDE GST/HST OR NECESSARY DISBURSEMENTS (Such as Affidavit Execution fees, where applicable)

*Please be advised that although some of our operators may hold a Private Investigators License, most do not and therefore will not offer a full range of services.
